Posao je 1990. pokrenuo Milan Kordić stariji. Devedesetih počinje proizvodnja besprekidnog napajanja za sustav mjerenja protoka plina za kućanstva i iz toga se razvio core business, te je prvi uređaj instaliran za INA-u 1992. 1993 firma isporučuje i instalira ukupno 26 sustava besprekidnog napajan i od tih 26 sustava do danas ih je samo 3 moralo biti promijenjeno zbog kvara. Firma se bazira na tome da svaki projekt bude besprijekorno odrađen, uz odlično pruženu uslugu klijentima, tako da se može razviti povjerenje i dugoročna suradnja.
